SECURITY CHECKS AND ENTRY PROTOCOL
- Screening Procedures: In order to maintain the highest level of safety and security for all our visitors and their property, all visitors are required to pass through X-ray machines and metal detectors at the entrance points. Visitors are kindly requested to follow the instructions of our security personnel during this process.
- Prohibited Items: Pursuant to the provisions of Law No. 6136 on Firearms, Knives and Other Weapons and Law No. 5188 on Private Security Services, firearms, explosives, cutting and piercing instruments, flammable liquids, pepper spray, or any object whose possession is legally considered a criminal offence are not permitted inside Forum Kayseri Shopping Center.
- Authority to Search: In suspicious circumstances or when required by security protocols, our security personnel may inspect bags and packages. These checks are carried out for the purpose of maintaining public peace and safety.
- Refusal of Entry: Persons who refuse to comply with security rules or engage in behavior that may endanger the safety of other visitors may be denied entry to the center.
- Video Surveillance: Common areas are monitored and recorded 24 hours a day by a closed-circuit television (CCTV) system for security purposes.
- Personal Belongings: Unattended packages or bags may be subject to intervention in accordance with security procedures; visitors are responsible for their personal belongings.
RULES OF CONDUCT
Peaceful Environment: Visitors are expected to refrain from making noise, running, using skateboards/roller skates, or engaging in inappropriate behavior that may disturb other visitors.
Smoking: Pursuant to applicable laws, smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited in enclosed areas within the Shopping Center and at Shopping Center entrances; they are permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES
Photography and Video: Photography and video recording for personal memories are permitted; however, written permission from the Shopping Center Management is required for professional shoots, commercial recordings, and interviews.
Promotion and Sales: Distribution of brochures, conducting surveys, sales activities, or any commercial/political activities may not be carried out without the permission of the Management.
PETS
Pet-Friendly Approach: Forum Kayseri is a pet-friendly center subject to certain rules (pets must be kept under control in a carrier, pet stroller, or while being held).
PARKING SECURITY AND RULES OF USE
Vehicle Inspection Protocol: For the safety of all our visitors, under-vehicle security inspections are carried out by our security personnel at parking lot entrances. Vehicles whose occupants refuse the security screening are not permitted to enter the parking area.
Speed Limit and Traffic Rules: Pedestrians have priority within the parking area. Compliance with the designated speed limit of 20 km/h for safe driving within the parking area and adherence to traffic signs and directions are mandatory.
Parking Rules: Vehicles must be parked only within the designated parking lines. Accessible parking spaces are reserved exclusively for eligible visitors, and visitors are kindly requested to respect these spaces.
Security of Belongings: Visitors are strongly advised not to leave valuables, bags, or packages inside their vehicles. The security of vehicles and any belongings inside them is the responsibility of the vehicle users.
Restriction on LPG-Powered Vehicles: Pursuant to applicable legislation and fire safety standards, vehicles equipped with LPG/CNG fuel systems are not permitted to enter the enclosed parking area.
No Overnight Parking: Our parking area is available only during visiting hours. Security procedures are applied to vehicles left in the parking area after the center’s closing time.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
Children and Young Visitors: For their safety, children under the age of 12 are requested not to remain inside the Shopping Center without an accompanying adult and must be supervised by a parent or guardian when using escalators/elevators.
Lost Property Procedure: Unattended items found inside the Shopping Center should be handed over to the Information Desk or Security Unit. Assistance regarding lost property inquiries is available from our Information Desk.
Use of Elevators and Escalators: For the safety of visitors with strollers, visitors with disabilities, and elderly visitors, priority should be given to using elevators; on escalators, children must be held by the hand and visitors must remain within the yellow lines.
Emergency Evacuation: In emergencies, security announcements and the instructions of authorized personnel must be followed strictly; Emergency Exit (Fire Escape) routes must be used instead of elevators.
Influence of Alcohol and Substances: Persons who are determined to be under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances and who cause disturbance to others will not be permitted to enter the center; if they are already inside, they will be escorted out of the center.
